  1. This is the second greatest movie about homicidal clowns from outer space ever made, and I love you guys for covering it.

  2. Hi guys – Two more funny (or ironic…or something) things about this movie. The clown puppet/masks were re-used for “Ernest Scared Stupid” as trolls (a Halloween tradition in my house). They were just painted brown and greenish. Also, the crotchety old farmer, played by Royal Dano, plays the EXACT same role in “Spaced Invaders.” Love the Podcast!

  3. This has got to be my all time favorite stupid scary movie from when I was a kid. So glad you covered it! Ahhh, memories…and now I can share it with my kids and make them scared as hell to go to the circus.

  4. I can’t believe you guys didn’t mention the Terenzi Brothers getting lucky with the girl clowns with inflatable boobs!

  5. I have always been a little too scared to watch this movie. Clowns scare the crap out of me. I’ll give it a try just because of you guys. Love the show. Maybe you should do “Spaced Invaders” one day since Laurel up there mentioned it. Royal Dano is a genius!

  6. I thought the same thing Bobbyjoe said. I was thinking so many inappropriate jokes would come out of that. Aw shucks!

  7. I agree Night of the Comet was enjoyable abck then. never seen Dark backwards. Guy Three O’Clock High is on Netlfix streaming again. I think this would be a good film to “Sack”.

  8. This movie scared the bejeezus out of me when I was a kid, particularly the “Are you gonna knock my block off?” scene. I was vaguely worried that it would scare me again upon re-viewing, but…not at all. Be nicer to what’s-her-face, Scott– nobody having seen cotton candy prepared that way is an excellent reason for why Mike Tobacco has never seen it prepared that way! ;-)
