  1. Technically speaking Die Hard already had an origin story.
Die Hard is partially based on the 1979 novel Nothing Lasts Forever by Roderick Thorp.
It has a similar plot, New York cop gets caught up in a hostage situation in an LA skyscraper and has to take out German terrorists, but the main character is called Joe Leland not John McClane.
Joe Leland first appeared in Roderick Thorp’s 1966 novel The Detective which was made into a film of the same name starring Frank Sinatra.

  2. 21 and 22 Jump Street NAIL their spoofs, and I feel like no one recognizes them for what they did.
Chickasaw County Sheriff Little was a really no nonsense black sheriff that even the boys didn’t mess with.

Give me like The Rock and Sean William Scott in a Fall Guy Remake. They were great in the rundown. TONS of cameos.

Can Ibbott 3D print my man Dunaway a badge for his Tremors love? I want to watch them all, but I probably wont. I am two for three for Jeepers Creepers, so im going to watch that one , one of these days.

Dunaway is my man ( friend in my head, never meet your hero’s) but Paradox is a REALLY poor mans event horizon ( or Solaris). Chris O’Dowd saves that mess.

The ONE moonshine Plot I remember from the old show was that Uncle Jesse entered his Moonshine in a contest. The boys got it to the contest, won, then put it in their gas tank and drove until they burned all the evidence up before Boss Hog could arrest them. Boss Hog and Uncle Jesse used to run moonshine together.

You have me thinking what a movie version of Cheers would be.

I just realized ONE of the reasons that I like Brain Dunaways voice so much. He reminds me of the cadence of Patrick Warburton. I love Warburtons voice and how he pronounces thing.
